Winnipeg’s Sister Cities

Since April 1971, the City of Winnipeg has had a policy which authorizes the Mayor to enter into “Sister City Agreements” with mayors in other countries.  Since that time, Winnipeg has signed a total of 10 Sister City Agreements with municipalities located on throughout North America, Europe and Asia.  Click on the city names and/or flags below to access a brief write up on each of Winnipeg’s sister cities.
